Covid – 19 (Coronavirus) Crisis – Cancellation of UK Chapters’ Monthly Meetings
Your AFCEA UK Chapter Committees have been monitoring the rapidly escalating situation regarding the Covid – 19 (Coronavirus) crisis and the significant risks posed to our regular meeting schedules. Our primary concern is, of course, for the health and safety of our members, speakers and guests and we have therefore decided to cancel all previously advertised monthly meetings for the rest of the 2019 / 2020 season, which ends in June. Assuming that the situation settles down, we would hope to recommence in September 2020 and we will update this page as things progress.
We make no apology for our decision, but would note that had we not acted, then the decision would have been made for us. In the meantime, we are sure that you will fully understand the situation and will want to join us for one of our Chapter meetings in September.
