AFCEA London Chapter – Face-to-Face Meeting.

Our April monthly Chapter Meeting will be held at the RAF Club in Piccadilly on WEDNESDAY 6th April 2022.  Please note that this is not our traditional first Thursday.

The format of the evening will differ slightly from the norm, which we hope will encourage even more discussion during the Q&A sessions and continue into the informal networking reception.

The main speaker will be Air Cdre Michael Baulkwill – Combat Air Force Commander – and the title of his presentation will be “Operations in a Complex, Denied and Degraded Air Environment”.  Given the current world events, this could, perhaps, be the most relevant presentation of the year so far.

Following on from the Air Cdre, there will be two short “TED” style talks, each reflecting the main speaker’s theme:

•             Wg Cdr Holly Smith – SO1 C4ISR Programmes at NWD

•             A speaker from Adarga

This meeting has been organised by our Emerging Leader (EL) sub-committee. However, all Members and Guests are welcome to attend. Please draw this to the attention of a more diverse cohort of staff within your respective organisations and help us to be more relevant to them.

The running and management of this event will be governed by any Covid restrictions that may remain in place at the venue and the numbers of attendees may be limited accordingly.
