AFCEA London – AFCEA London – February 2020 – hosted by BAe Systems Applied Intelligence

Our sixth meeting of the season is very kindly being hosted by BAe Systems Applied Intelligence at their offices in the Blue Fin Building, Bankside. The guest speakers for the evening will be a cyber analyst from RUSI, the CTO from the National Cyber Deception Lab (NCDL) and a product focussed threat intelligence specialist from BAe Systems AI.

Their presentations will take the form of short SME briefs, followed by a Q&A panel, moderated by one of our Young AFCEANs:

1. An overview of the emerging thinking from the RUSI project delivering content into the next iteration of the National Cyber Security Strategy: Ms Sneha Dawda – RUSI Cyber Analyst

2. An insight into the emerging policy and technical work being led by the NCDL and the role and contribution it will make to the enhancing operational resilience: Mr Rob Black – Deputy Director National Cyber Deception Lab (NCDL)

3. An assessment of where and how the threat (actor-s) is evolving and what this means for network owners, operators and defenders: Mr James Muir – BAe Systems Ltd Applied Intelligence

This fascinating evening will be rounded off by the usual informal networking reception.
