Mike Hill – Digital Transformation: Fixing the How, Accelerating the What

Within organisations often it can be all too easy to focus predominantly on the more visible elements of digital transformation; process automation, channel shift, AI/ML implementation. However starting from this perspective feels like looking at the wrong end of the telescope; starting with an answer, not a question. In order for digital transformation to be delivered successfully and sustainably we need to focus more on the How digital transformation can be delivered, which will accelerate the What.
